Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are great for yoga practitioners of all levels. A private session allows you to work on specific postures, which speak to your individual physical and emotional needs. You and your personal teacher will discuss your needs and expectations prior to the session in order to better utilize your 60-minute session.
